Built between 1898 and 1930, Beelitz near Berlin was the largest, most modern, and most renowned sanatorium complex in Germany. Countless patients were treated and cured here, including two dictators: Hitler and Honecker. By the mid-1990s, the buildings were abandoned and left to decay. The calendar showcases this mystical place with its fading colors and beautiful architecture.
